What do I need to wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Tracksuit bottoms, leggings or shorts and a t-shirt or vest are suitable. You do not need shoes, but can wear socks or have bare feet.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
You do not need to bring any equipment with you, as it is provided for you. However, if you have your own mat you are welcome to bring it to class.
What if I am injured?
Before you attend a class you will need to seek medical advice and obtain permission to start exercising. Although Pilates is very safe, exercises can be modified to suit your needs while recovering from your injury.
